Forecast per month = Net Revenue × monthly %, multiplied by the job's stage probability (set on the Settings tab).
The costs come from your budget. Income, third-party costs and Net Revenue are driven by the pipeline in this app, not by the budget's own income lines — so Gross Profit and EBITDA move as the forecast moves. Month-end actuals take over from the forecast for the months they have been entered for. The budget stays alongside as the comparison.

The people behind Salaries, Employers NI and Employers Pension on the P&L forecast. Part months are pro-rated by day, so start dates, end dates and mid-month pay rises all land in the right month. The budget is never changed by anything here — it stays exactly as imported, which is what makes the two comparable.

These change every April, so they are held per financial year. Until a year has its own row here, the P&L takes Staff Costs from the budget instead.

Demo Reset
▾Puts the demo back to its starting data: every job, budget line, staff member and setting is replaced by the original invented set, and anything anyone has changed is lost. People who have access to the P&L keep it.

Users · admin only
▾Everyone who has a login to this app, read live from Supabase. Suspend stops someone signing in but keeps their account, and you can Restore them. Delete removes the login for good. Someone already signed in can stay in for up to an hour after being suspended or deleted. You cannot suspend or delete yourself or another admin.

Adding someone new
- Create their login in Supabase. Authentication → Users → Add user (or Send invitation). This cannot be done from the app: creating a login needs the secret key, which must never reach the browser.
- Give them access in the P&L & Staff access panel below. Type the same address into its box and press Give access. Without this they can sign in but will see no P&L and no Staff tab.
The address must match their login exactly. If it doesn’t, they sign in normally and simply see neither tab, with nothing to explain why — so that mismatch is the first thing to check.
On this demo, everyone you add gets the P&L and Staff tabs automatically, and deleting a login removes that access too, so there is nothing more to do.
P&L & Staff access · admin only
▾Only these addresses can open the P&L and Staff tabs. That means the budget, and also every individual salary on the staff plan — adding someone here shows them what each colleague is paid. It is enforced by the database, not just by hiding the tabs — for anyone else neither the budget nor the staff list loads at all. You cannot remove your own access here; do that in Supabase.
Removing someone here takes away the budget and the salaries, but leaves their login working. To stop them signing in at all, suspend or delete them in the Users panel above.
This panel is admin-only. Admin rights are set in Supabase, not here:
